Property management is our bread and butter here at Evenest and will continue to be the foundation that gets us to 25,000thats where you come in.
This role would be responsible for the following duties:
Routine inspections and estimating of both occupied and unoccupied properties
Light handyman work including lock changes and small repairs
Other duties, as assigned

Must present and communicate in a professional manner.
Must be very detail-oriented with an eye for residential maintenance.
Must be organized with excellent time management skills.
Possess problem-solving skills.
Proficient in using a smartphone and computer.
Must be self-motivated and able to work independently to meet or exceed goals.
Legally eligible to work in the United States.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience with property management, property inspections, and/or residential construction/rehab experience.
